What’s New
You can now run soft credit pulls without leaving Sure Send. Connect your own
iSoftpull account, map each bureau to a custom field, and pull scores straight
from a contact’s new Credit tab.
Key Features
- Bring your own iSoftpull credentials. Add your API key in Settings — it’s
encrypted per team and never leaves your account. - Map bureaus to your fields. Point Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion at the
number custom fields you already use, and returned scores fill them in
automatically. - Soft pull, with consent on record. Pulls are FCRA-consented and run as a
soft inquiry, so there’s no impact to the applicant’s credit. Each pull logs an
audit record and a consent note on the contact. - Privacy by design. The full credit feed is never stored, and the
applicant’s date of birth never touches background jobs or logs.
How to Use
Head to Settings to connect iSoftpull and map your bureau fields, then open the
Credit tab on any contact to run a pull.
