Feature

Bulk-tag companies, filter by tags, and see each contact's company

What’s New

Managing companies just got a lot faster — especially for teams working with hundreds of accounts. You can now tag companies in bulk, slice the Companies view by tags, and surface a contact’s company right in your People lists.

Tag companies in bulk

Select multiple companies from the Companies list and add or remove tags in one action — no more opening each profile one at a time. Locked tags stay protected: only owners and admins can apply or remove them, so your standardized tags don’t get changed by accident.

Filter the Companies view by tags

The Companies view now has a Tag filter that works alongside Stage, Industry, and Assigned To. Pick one or several tags and choose how they match:

  • Any — companies with at least one of the selected tags
  • All — companies that have every selected tag
  • None — companies with none of the selected tags

Great for questions like “show me every roofing company tagged Raleigh and Myrtle Beach.”

See a contact’s company in People lists

You can now add a Company column to All People, My People, and your Smart Lists. It shows the contact’s primary company (or their first linked company if no primary is set) and links straight to that company’s profile — so you can see who works where without opening each contact.

How to Use

  • Bulk tagging: check off companies in the Companies list, then use the bulk actions bar that appears.
  • Tag filter: open the new Tags filter in the Companies view and pick your match type.
  • Company column: open the column picker on any People list and turn on Company (it’s off by default, so nothing changes unless you add it).
