Reassign Leads When Removing a Team Member

What’s New

Previously, removing a team member left their assigned leads orphaned — the
departed user’s name still appeared in the “Assigned To” column, and those
contacts disappeared from everyone’s “My People” views and lead distribution.

Improvements

  • When you remove a team member who still has assigned leads, the confirmation
    dialog now shows how many leads they have and asks what to do with them.
  • You can reassign all of their leads to another team member in one step, or
    choose to leave the leads unassigned.
  • Reassignment happens automatically in the background, even for accounts with
    hundreds of affected leads.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where leads could remain assigned to a deleted or removed team
    member with no way to recover them during the removal flow.
